Dogs forgive and forget. Even horribly abused and neglected dogs. When placed in a loving home, they learn to trust again. They soak up that love and become loyal friends. Dogs live in the moment and they let the past go. They are not mad about something that happened last year. They aren't sitting around feeling sorry for themselves and missing what could have been. Dogs are present and happy to see you and ready to enjoy whatever today has to offer. I am studying to become a dog.
