You would think that enjoying beauty is a natural reaction.  But I often find myself driving right by, walking right by, standing in front of beauty and instead of seeing and appreciating what might heal me or inspire me, I am making a grocery list in my head.  Or going over some mistake I recently made.  Or trying to figure out the most recent in my life-long list of problems.  A waste. 

I am trying to slow down more.  Rest my mind.  See what is there to be seen.  And enjoy this world.
