Sometime way back when, someone got to decide what is what. They got to name things and classify them and make up all the rules. So today a Chihuahua that weighs 3 pounds and a Basset Hound with 3 inch legs and a Great Dane with super long legs that weighs 200 pounds are all called dogs. But trees that stay short are not another breed of tree (like they would be if they were dogs). Those are shrubs. I painted this as a reminder
that whatever we call them, trees and shrubs are still very much
alike. And whatever labels or classifications have been
applied to you, whatever names you go by, you still are whatever you
are. Calling something a word does not change what it is.
So if you are magnificent and powerful then that is what you are
even if you have been classified differently by folks who put
themselves in charge of classifying you. |
