Anger is a complicated thing, isn't it?  Too much is a problem.  Too little and you are repressed.  For some of us anger is scary.  For others it is addictive.  For all of us it seems to be some kind of release valve.  Like tears.  Leave the valve open all the time and you will not have the "pressure" needed to move you forward.  Leave it closed all of the time and you will eventually explode.  I am learning to appreciate anger.
